The Yodha (Warrior) Yogi

It all started in 1999 when a co-worker recommended Yoga as a tool to deal with ADHD and lower back pain. Then in 2007, Chris started teaching yoga…in Baghdad Iraq. That is when his SEVA mission truly began. After 23.5 years in the Air Force as a Combat Correspondent, Chris now makes mala beads to raise money and awareness for Veteran Mental Health issues. He is also a pretty good graphic designer.

Support Precedes Action

Chris is on a path of post-traumatic growth! He manages his PTSD, depression, ADHD, and neuropathy with yoga. From time to time he teaches classes in the Ponte Vedra area…and you might even catch him teaching online.
